These are the Terms and Conditions of Use for the website at http://www.chateauedmus.com

By using this website (hereinafter ‘the site’) you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter ‘Terms and Conditions’) set out below. These Terms and Conditions form a contract between the site and you, the site user. SCEA Edmundson Remus Wines may, from time to time, make changes to the Terms and Conditions; it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions whenever you access the site.

If you use the site after any such changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the new Terms and Conditions without reservation. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions, please do not use the site.

SCEA Edmundson Remus Wines keep the site updated for personal use by persons legally permitted to consume alcohol, if the consumption of alcohol is permitted in the country where they access the site.  

If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, if you have not reached the legal age for alcohol consumption in the country where you have accessed this site or if you are in a country where the use of this site is not permitted, please leave it at once. SCEA Edmundson Remus Wines cannot accept liability if you do not adhere to these conditions.

Any event beyond the control of either party, and against which it could not reasonably protect itself, will be deemed force majeure. In such case, the obligations of both parties will be suspended.

Both parties agree that damage resulting from force majeure includes, but is not limited to, a strike affecting one of our suppliers, whether direct or indirect; breach of contract by a supplier, power cut or power failure; failure in IP networks; war, riots, civil unrest or other attacks.

Confidentiality, Copyrights, Trademarks and other Intellectual Property Rights

The site, and the software used, may contain confidential information protected by laws governing intellectual property rights, or by any other law or regulation currently in force.

Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights to any documents or content on the site, or any image or element used on the site, is the property of SCEA Edmundson Remus Wines. This policy details how SCEA Edmundson Remus Wines collect and use information on this site, including the type of information we collect and how we use it.

However, as the user, you acknowledge the limitations and constraints of the Internet as a whole, specifically that it is not possible to guarantee total security when transferring data.  SCEA Edmundson Remus Wines cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from the transmission of data via the site.
