You can, in principle, visit the site without revealing any personal data such as your name, address, telephone number or email.
However, before entering the site you will be asked to confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the country where you are located. We use this information to prevent anyone under the legal drinking age from accessing the site, and also those whose country of residence does not permit the consumption of alcohol.
In places, the site may ask for your personal data. This is so we can provide you with any specific information you have asked for, respond to your online feedback, or allow you to take part in one of our surveys.
You may also be asked to provide demographic data, including language and country of residence. This helps us tailor the content of the site to your needs. You do not have to provide personal data, but without this data we may not be able to respond to some of your requests.
In accordance with French data privacy law (law 78-17 dated 6th January 1978: Loi Informatique et Libertés), this site is registered with the French data protection body (CNIL), registration no. 11252216.

We never sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your information to a third party, except to the relevant authorities when required to do so by law, or to assist in legal proceedings.
We may share anonymous data with other companies we work with for the purpose of market research.
Should we ever wish to share your data with other companies within the SCEA Edmundson Remus Wines Group, or with other third parties we feel may be of interest to you, we will only ever do so with your express prior consent.
If you withhold your consent or do not reply to our request, we will not share any of your personal data.
Certain parts of the site require you to use a password. You choose the password, and it remains private and confidential. You should not disclose it to anyone, in any form. Using your password is at your own risk, and it is up to you to take all necessary measures to protect your own data against attack.
SCEA Edmundson Remus Wines will make every possible effort to ensure any data you give us remains secure and confidential.
However, as the user, you acknowledge the limitations and constraints of the Internet as a whole, specifically that it is not possible to guarantee total security when transferring data. Cookies do not collect personal data. You can clear the cookies from your hard disk, decline to accept them, or ask to be notified before they are stored on your hard disk.
