Club Edmus

Why EDMUS Club ?

Two significant reasons have led us to this launch :

We want to reinvent the relationship between consumers and winemakers.

Since 2019, we have chosen a collective adventure. Today, we want to go further and build a community of wine enthusiasts. When making wine, hundreds of decisions are made, and some of these decisions can alter the course of the vintage. Starting in October 2023, we are making a choice. The choice to involve our supporters in our daily life as neo-winemakers and to become part of the life of the estate. This is our way of reimagining the world of wine.

Our wines are rare

And we embrace it because this rarity is not artificial. It is the result of a size constraint. EDMUS is a 1.6-hectare vineyard, and depending on the vintages, the harvest varies. 2017 is a case in point. It was a particularly demanding year for EDMUS, with challenges posed by frost and our successful conversion to organic farming. As a result, the 2017 vintage was not without its challenges. The outcome? In 2017, only 2574 bottles were produced.

That’s why we want our bottles to go into the right hands. In our opinion, those are the hands of the finest restaurants and EDMUS Club members.

How does the EDMUS Club work ?

The club’s operation is simple. We offer three membership tiers, each associated with bottles and personalized benefits.

How to Become a Member of EDMUS Club?

Just like our limited-production wines, we will have a limited number of spots within the EDMUS Club. We need to find the right people who can accompany us and share our project and vision. We can’t please everyone, and we fully stand by our choices.

What matters to us? Being able to unite a committed community alongside us.

To achieve this, we have set up a short online questionnaire.

The concept of Wine Angels stemmed from Laurent DAVID’s personal experience. Passionate about the world of wine since childhood, he decided to become a partial owner of a vineyard in Pessac-Léognan.
